The Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for the enterprise’s reporting and development tasks. Operates as a system end-user liaison and will elicit, analyze, design, test, and implement requests for changes to business processes, reports, and information systems. The Senior Technical Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Requirements Must have 1 of the following:
Degree in area related to Business Information Technology and Software Systems OR
6 + years of experience in SDLC, business operations workflow design and implementation, systems QA testing and/or business systems training
Additional Requirements
4+ years experience with Microsoft SharePoint list definitions, content types, fields, item event receivers, and user controls, including SSRS integration and work flow development
Working knowledge of analysis cubes, excel, Workflow Management, and SQL skills, to include SSRS, SSIS, XML
Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Negotiation and relationship building skills
Excellent time management/organizational skills
Must be able to work equally well in a team as well as individually
Excellent interviewing and listening skills
Excellent conflict management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Technology and Software Systems
Familiar with Mobile Workforce Management Systems, Handheld Computers, and Processes
Ability to understand IT projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences in a concise and easily understandable manner.
Understands Enterprise Leadership Agendas and IT Vision as they relate to project fit and integration in an overall project portfolio
Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential applications
