Bahn mi and beer still available
Much of Charleston has cleared out of town for Hurricane Matthew, but a few people have insisted on staying — and they are hungry and thirsty. Some establishments will remain open today for your eating and drinking needs. Hotel restaurants are usually a sure bet during storms, as they have to take care of the guests, but here are the others.
