Dave Vance will conduct a three-hour workshop on the critical issue of alignment at the Skillsoft Perspectives 2015 conference in Orlando on May 18th. Arrive early to join Dave in The Alignment Workshop to explore what senior leaders really want to see and to learn how to achieve and demonstrate strategic alignment. The workshop will begin with alignment of a program or initiative to a single goal, then explore programs and initiatives in support of multiple goals, and finally examine alignment at a department level to all organizational goals. Theory and practical guidance will be followed by case studies.
