Welcome to another week of sharing tasty gluten-free menus. This week’s roundup for the Gluten-Free Menu Swap will be posted below. The theme for the week is Celery.

It’s hard to believe, but this is my kids’ last week of school until August. To mark the occasion, the kids helped me create a week of easy, kid-friendly meals. We don’t have a lot of celery in this week’s menu, but I will be chopping some up to add to our tossed green salad and Potato Salad. I love that fresh crunchy flavor in salads. I also will be using celery seed in the sauce for our tilapia this week. How do you like to use celery? Added to soups and stir-fries, perhaps?

More recipes with celery: My Favorite Egg Salad, Red Beans and Rice, Gumbo, and Wild Rice Salad.

The Gluten-Free Menu Swap roundup will be included below. Don’t forget to check it for more gluten-free menus and recipe links.
