Vietnamese Pancake, made of rice flour, stuffed with pork, shirmp,
bean sprouts.

They are wrapped with mustard leaves and lettuce leaves, dipped in

Bún bò Hu?

Sliced tender beef shank with rice noodle. Popular dish with
Vietnamese and Singaporeans.
