APOTHECIA is a 98-page original comic with art by 2014 Society of Illustrators Student Award-winner Shelby Cragg and writing by 2012 Shirley Jackson award-nominated horror writer Taz Muir. This is their first published original work. Apothecia is a science-fiction horror comic set in North Carolina featuring a girl called Jessie and her enormous responsibility – a hideous spore alien who isn’t just a threat to her, but to her whole existence.
