Ooh la la, this Parisian Patisserie Birthday Party Dessert Table is très magnifique! Danielle Arcese of Cutie Putti Paperie did an amazing job bringing Paris to life for a little girl’s special day. With plenty of French macarons, a beautiful custom backdrop and adorable French dessert inspired printables, this is one chic party extraordinaire.

Spring has arrived, and boy do I love anything Parisian-inspired in the Spring time :-). Especially if it involves delicious Parisian patisserie inspired sweet treats!
Last summer I was hired to create this adorable dessert buffet for the birthday celebration of a beautiful little girl named Francesca who was turning 5. The party was held outside in the garden, and a custom backdrop was designed in order to set the stage for this Parisian affair.
Props included a miniature silver glittered eiffel tower, a shabby chic mini set of drawers, a chandelier inspired cake/cupcake stand, and a white baroque style picture frame displaying the invitation.
Custom printables added that special touch to all the desserts and include a black and white striped background, tasty Parisian treats, pink eiffel towers, and rose bush topiary trees.
The desserts on the table were a mixture of some traditional Parisian delicacies “a la Laduree.” Francesca’s mom, who has frequented Paris, is in love with macarons and Laudree’s raspberry cakes, so both made an appearance on the table. La Petite Reve de Framboise was made by a friend of mine who is a French pastry chef here in NYC. With a tinted pink cake center, layered with the freshest and most delectable raspberry filling and covered in chocolate ganache, these mini cakes were just as delicious as they were beautiful to look at.
Macarons were made by my go to gal and the Queen of Macarons, Alana Marie of The Splendid Sweet Shoppe on Etsy. Alana has mastered these delicate two-bite treats to elegant perfection, and this is not an east fete! She will custom make any color your heart desires for your event, and I requested a combination of pale green and pink filled with French vanilla ganache.
Other treats on table included adorable French toast short bread sugar cookies made by The Luscious Loaf Bakery on Etsy. These adorable toast shaped beauties have an Eiffel tower relief impression on them and are sweet buttery and scrumptious!
The luscious loaf bakery also sent me the custom cookies for my mini macaron towers. Stacked on top of black and white striped paper straws and adorned by mini chocolate macrons, these crispy cookies were the perfect addition to these mini pastry stands.
Topiary cake pops with chocolate roses as well as pink chocolate Eiffel tower lollipops also were displayed. We opted for cupcakes instead of a traditional birthday cake, and adorned them as well with candy colored white chocolate macaron toppers. Cafe au lait pudding was served in mini espresso cups, and blue Parisian punch lemonade was served to little patisserie partons while they enjoyed their treats. An assortment of gourmet coffee and cappuccinos was served to the adults.
Macarons were sent home with guests in the most adorable black laser cut Eiffel tower boxes, adorned with a Merci Beaucoup favor tag.
