The auction was announced on the construction of the canning plant.
The National Agency for State Property Management of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, brought out for sale 249 to 999 sq.m. non-agricultural land and the buildings on the N1-N11 located on that territory on E-auction in Zugdidi.
The above mentioned real estate is located in the village Chitatskari. The put-up price makes up 1 504 500 GEL.
The agency gives an opportunity all interested parties to participate in the auction.
According to the terms of the auction, the investor must provide the construction of canning plant on the purchased property. In addition, the terms include the equipping and functioning of the plant in order to start its operations.
The investment value of the project is determined with at least 29 000 000 USD. The Cannery also provides 450 jobs.
The online auction (E-auction) will end on June 10, 2016 at 17 pm.
