The Convener (SKUCET-2017), Directorate of Admissions, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu invites online applications through the website for admission into various Post Graduate (PG) Courses in Arts, Science and Commerce offered in Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu and its affiliated colleges for the academic year 2017-18
For admissions into PG Courses (M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., M.Ed. and M.P.Ed.) through SKUCET-2017. Eligible candidates may submit their applications through online mode

M.A Adult, Continuing Education, and Extension: Candidate must possess BA degree with Adult economics or any graduate degree from this university or any other recognized university
M.A Applied Economics: Candidate must possess BA degree in economics from this university or any other recognized university
M.A Economics: Candidate must possess BA degree in economics from this university or any other recognized university
M.A English & Comparative Literature: Candidate must possess any graduate degree with English from this university or any other recognized university.
M.A History: Candidate must possess BA degree in history from this university or any other recognized university
M.A Political Science: Candidate must possess BA degree in political science or public administration from this university or any other recognized university.
M.A Public Administration: Candidate must possess BA degree in political science or public administration from this university or any other recognized university.
M.A Rural Development: Candidate must possess any graduate degree from this university or any other recognized university
M.A Sociology: Candidate must possess BA degree in sociology/ social work or any graduate from this university or any other recognized university.
M.A Telugu & Comparative Literatures: Candidate must possess any graduate degree with Telugu in part I or II or must possess BA degree in oriental learning in Telugu

M.Sc. Applied Mathematics: Candidate must possess B.A/ B.Sc. degree with Mathematics from this university or any other recognized university
M.Sc. Biochemistry: Candidate must possess B.Sc. degree with Chemistry/ Biochemistry with any one Biology Subject from this university or any other recognized university

Eligibility for Writing:
The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 40% marks in the concerned subject. For the courses where the admission is based on the degree as a whole, the aggregate percentage of marks in the group subjects should be 40%.
For admission into M.Ed, the aggregate marks in B.Ed. should be 50% and in degree/PG should be 45%; pass is sufficient for SC/ST candidates for admission into any course
Admission Process
MA , M.Sc & M.P.Ed
Selection of the candidate to the post graduate courses is done on the basis of merit list prepared as per the marks secured in the SKUCET-2017 entrance examination, conducted by the university
Reservation
85% seats in each course are filled with local candidates of SVU region, while 15% are filled with local or non-local candidates on merit
33.33% seats are reserved for women candidates in each category but if there is no suitable women candidate in a category then seats will be filled with men candidates
If SC/ST category candidates are not available then left over seats will be filled by open category candidates
How to Apply
Candidates can register themselves to appear for SKUCET by submitting applications online through the official university website www.skudoa.in
Candidate have to submit separate application form for admission to each course. Along with completed applications, candidates must submit required fee amount of Rs.400/- (for open categories) and Rs.200/- (for SC/ST category candidates). Fee should be paid through Debit Card/ Credit Card/Internet Banking
Upon submitting the fee, candidate should further proceed for online application form filling. Candidate must fill all the required fields with relevant information in the application form
In the next step, candidate must upload all the scanned copies of supporting documents and click on submit button for successful registration
After that, candidate should download the duly filled-in application form and take its printout for subsequent use
Important Dates
Online Applications can be submitted from 10th March 2017 onwards
Last Date for Online Application without Late Fee is on or before 10th April 2017
Late Applications:
Online Applications will be accepted from 11th April 2017 to 20th April 2017 with late fee of Rs.900/- (400+500= Rs.900/-) paid through online
Tatkal online Applications will be accepted from 21st April 2017 to 05th May 2017 with a Tatkal fee of Rs.1400/- (Rs.400 + Rs.1000 = Rs.1400/-) Paid through online
Hall Tickets for the Entrance Test will be available in online to the candidates 10 days before the date of Test
