This is what happens when ya start jabberin about a particular ride you enjoyed. You got to go there.
So last minute but letting any Nor western type folk know I'm headed towards what I thought had been DH3 when talking up St Helens as DH2 when in actuality its St Helens West is DH3 and the SE approach to St Helens is the BIG #2 for the state. That made it all the more of a pull.:hyper:
So off work this Wednesday so Tuesday the 10th at 230pm (a little earlier if I'm sneaky) off work and headed down I5 to 205 east at the big river, then 14 up stream to Washougal where I'll attack a little DH 33 scenic twistie shot I hadn't done yet. Then I'll grab the cheapest 1 star hotel i can find to get ready for the DH2 up North of Carson. (St Helens East approach is still closed) So at Northwoods intersection I'll head west (DH51) on Hwy503 around the lakes then take DH59 Lewis River Hwy south and around to Woodland. Then its north I5 home ward. :rotfl:
Hoping the road is in as good a shape as last season and anyone wanting to meet up just send up a flare!!:cool:
