10. Jan Vertonghen to Barcelona

The classy centre-half wants to be playing Champions League football next season and he won't be getting it at White Hart Lane. Barcelona, meanwhile, will be searching for a replacement for Carles Puyol and the ball-playing Belgian would suit their style.

9. Eliaquim Mangala to Manchester City

Man City nearly signed the Porto centre half in January and the Frenchman will probably be targeted again in the summer. Mangala is one of the hottest properties in European football and City need a new defender because Joleon Lescott is likely to leave the club.

8. Luis Suarez to Real Madrid

Suarez and his brilliant strike partner Daniel Sturridge are set to lead Liverpool back into the Champions League but there's still a chance the Uruguayan could leave Anfield in the summer. Real Madrid have the cash the sign any player in world football and it's hard to see Suarez turning down a move to the Bernabeu.

7.  Karim Benzema to Arsenal

This move may seem outlandish but there have been rumours that Benzema could leave Real Madrid for some time and Arsene Wenger is reportedly an admirer of his compatriot. If Real do sign another striker (like Suarez), Benzema may be allowed to move on. He would be brilliant at Arsenal.

6. Fernando to Manchester City

Manchester City missed out on the Porto midfielder on deadline day in January but are likely to make another bid for the 26-year-old Brazilian. With Jack Rodwell, Javi Garcia and Martin Demichelis all struggling to impress at the Etihad, it's easy to see why Manuel Pellegrini wants to sign the enforcer.

5. Diego Costa to Liverpool

Costa is one of Europe's most prolific strikers and has been linked with a host of clubs including Chelsea and Arsenal. But we think Costa could end up at Anfield. Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is a known admirer of Costa and tried to sign the Spain international in the summer. Even if Luis Suarez remains at Liverpool, Rodgers may make another move for Costa this summer.

4. Julian Draxler to Arsenal

Draxler is one of the most talked about talents in Europe, and the teenager has been talking up his interest in a move to Arsenal. The playmaker is not the striker the Gunners need but would add yet more quality to the Gunners' midfield.

3. Luke Shaw to Chelsea

Saints left back Shaw is the talk of the town after making his England debut mid-week and Manchester United are reportedly keen on the 18-year-old. But we think the youngster, who is reportedly a Chelsea fan, is more likely to end up at Stamford Bridge. The Blues need a replacement for Ashley Cole, who is unfancied by Jose Mourinho.

2. Toni Kroos to Manchester United

Germany midfielder Kroos was magestic against Arsenal in the Champions League, suggesting he deserves to grace the competition again next season. But Kroos' contract expires at the end of the 2014/15 season and he is yet to agree an extension with Bayern, suggesting a move this summer is a genuine possibility. United are in need of a new midfielder and David Moyes is a fan of Kroos.

1. Radamel Falcao to Chelsea

The whole world knows Chelsea need a top striker in the summer and Monaco's Falcao is the most likely superstar to move to Stamford Bridge. The Colombian is currently crocked and in danger of missing the World Cup but he should be fit again by the end of the summer, and has all the attributes to be a success in the Premier League.
