Hi everyone. I'm a long time reader and first time poster. I have seen some familiar names from the axolotl and amphibian groups on Facebook, but for those who don't know me, I'm George Sebastian.

I run an aquarium and terrarium supply company here in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada: "Aquatics By George", selling pet fish, axolotls and invertebrates, aquatic and terrestrial plants, live foods (white worms, microworms, earthworms), modified Holtfreter's solution, sponge filters and pre-filters, digital thermometers, and lots of other aquarium and terrarium accessories...

Just in the process of getting ready for my second time vending at the bi-annual BC Reptile Expo, and it should be a good one, so come on and check it out if you are local.

Anyways, the reason I'm posting is that a friend of mine "adopted" some axolotls recently (a pet store finally agreed to let her have them after they were all dead or close to it) and she nursed them back to health, and we have been trying to figure out what type they are. The best we can come up with is possibly "enigma" with one possibly being a "harlequin"

(can't figure out how to link a picture here, but here are some videos. I hope this is allowed. Admin: please let me know if you'd rather I moved this question to a different section)

Anyways, I've been looking online for pictures of axolotls that resemble these, and I was looking at something called a "Paradox Axolotl" which sort of seemed to look like them,

( “Paradox Axolotl | The Reptile Report

but when I went to click on it, it said:

GeorgeAquatics, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Why is this? Can someone help? And any help identifying the one in the video would be great, or if someone has any more info on what exactly a "paradox" axolotl is.

Thanks!

George
