I don't like cleaning. But I also don't like having a dirty house. Cleaning is a necessary evil to me. Thanks to my mother, who loves to clean (which I don't understand at all) I do know how to clean and how to keep a clean home. I just like to make it as easy on myself as possible. That's why I put together the lazy girls guide to spring cleaning. We all know that you're supposed to deep clean once a year in spring. And if you're going to deep clean only once a year, you better make it good. Well, at least decent. That's why I threw together this lazy girls guide to spring cleaning - so you make sure you get what you need to clean done and over with easily and can move on with your life.

The biggest key to a successful spring cleaning is planning in advance and making sure you have on hand all the cleaning products you need. I make sure to buy a caddy to put all my products in and to make it easy to carry them around the house. Not even sure where to start? Here's what I make sure to grab before I get started:

You can buy all of these products at Walmart in just one trip! I think the overall most important product for spring cleaning is Viva® Vantage® because they work like cloth and have so many uses around the house. The scrubby texture makes them great for cleaning dirt and grime off of anything, and then grab a clean one to polish appliances and glassware! Seriously - from cleaning the oven to getting toothpaste off bathroom counters Viva® Vantage® is a girls best friend. They are even durable enough to clean off our patio furniture which is a major part of the spring cleaning I need to do this year. I also use regular Viva® towels for dusting and delicate surfaces because I love the soft texture of the towels.
With 2 kids under 2 (I can say that a few more weeks) cleaning is hard. There's no way I can tackle all of spring cleaning at once. I mostly work on a few rooms at a time during naptime, and on weekends. I wear the baby and find ways to distract the toddler (thanks TV) because her idea of 'helping' and mine aren't the same. And when all else fails, I recruit my husband to help. Especially when it comes to the bathrooms.
