I've cut way back on exercising the last few weeks. Between getting sick (several times), back pain, extreme exhaustion, and just sheer uncomfortableness, it can be hard for me to fit in a good workout. But I also know how important exercise is even during the last few weeks of pregnancy. It can help decrease comfort, release endorphins (aka make you happier), prepare your body for labor and childbirth, and of course burn fat. The CDC recommends 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity throughout your entire pregnancy so no reason to skip out when you get close to the finish line.

I've still been doing different arm and leg exercises at home, and trying to stay as active as possible. Getting outdoors and out of the house just feels so good, even if it's been a bit chilly outside. On the weekends we love to go as a family to the different parks and trails around Atlanta and do some walking. All three of us enjoy it and hopefully Maddie Grace grows to love exercising from being exposed to this activity. I'm also trying to fit in a lot of squats, although always holding onto something as I'm a little unstable, because my doctor recommended them.

Of course having cute workout clothes makes working out a lot more enjoyable for me whether I'm pregnant or not. I love that Fabletics has so many options that will fit me during and after pregnancy. At this point I can still wear normal workout pants but even most of my maternity tops are a little too tight, eek! These Salar Crops (in Vixen) are a dream though - so comfortable and I'm loving the color. And the Nanette  Jacket here might not zip right now but I still am wearing it for outdoor workouts for a little extra warmth. The thumbholes are great and it's the perfect jacket for running or wearing over a tank to the gym.

One of my favorite ways to be inspired to workout right now is to hop on Pinterest and search for different prenatal or pregnancy-friendly workouts and follow along with them. Some of my favorites for the last few months of pregnancy are:
