Car designs are evolving with each passing year. Manufacturers facelift their vehicles to keep them fresh in the market. While some facelifts look way overdone and ruin the way a car looks, other facelifts make cars way more appealing. Here are few cars from the modern world that look beautiful when compared with their predecessors.

Hyundai Elantra

The design of Elantra has evolved very much. The premium sedan from the past made a comeback in the Indian market with the 5th generation model in 2012. The all-new Elantra was launched in India last year, and the design of the vehicle has won a lot of appreciation in India.

The all-new Elantra is in the sixth generation right now. The car is designed with the Fluidic 2.0 language and comes with some head-turning looks. The new Elantra gets hexagonal grille up front, LED DRLs and flowing body lines, making it look much more premium than its segment.

Tata Hexa

The Tata Aria was launched in India as a premium offering. Even though the car was moderately capable, the Aria never caught the imagination of the market because of its plain-jane looks. Tata launched the Hexa, the spiritual successor of the Aria earlier this year. The car looks way more mature and aggressive than the Aria.

The Hexa comes with intimidating looks. The Hexa also gets LED DRLs with a nice looking grille up front. Tata has also added strong creases on the bonnet of the vehicle that gets noticed for sure.

Hyundai Tucson

The Tucson is a mid-size SUV that made a comeback in India after an extended period. The new Tucson has completely transformed from what it used to look like when it was available in India. The third-generation of the Tucson follows fluidic design sculpture that makes it look exceptionally good.

The all-new Tucson follows a simple yet smart design. The vehicle now looks sleek with new headlamps and tail lamps. The sharp window line curve and a stronger shoulder line make it a good looking SUV.  The new 18-inch diamond cut alloy wheels also leave a lasting impression on the onlookers.

Hyundai Verna

The mid-size sedan from Hyundai has some good number of followers in India. Hyundai Verna was a good looking car in its previous version, but it lacked charm when it came to looks. The Verna design also follows the Hyundai’s new fluidic design language.

The new Verna looks much sharper than the older generation car due to new design lines. The older Verna used to look bloated whereas the all-new is one of the good looking vehicles from the segment.

Toyota Etios

Toyota launched the mid-life facelift of the Etios last year. The compact sedan from Toyota never got much attention on the road due to its very regular design. The new one though gets much attention on the road.

The new Etios Platinum comes with a completely redesigned front grille, redesigned bumper and less use of chrome. On the rear, the car received a new bumper and a sleek chrome strip. The facelift version of the Etios looks much more premium than the previous offering.
