Please note: This position may be filled at either the Learning Experience Designer I,II or Sr level. The Hiring Manager will determine the job level based upon the selected application's skillset relative to the qualifications listed for this position.

Both the*Learning Experience**Designer I*and*Learning Experience**Designer II*are responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning solutions. The LED II serves as mentor for LED I.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Interacts with stakeholders to ensure validity and usability of learning solution.

* Develops training materials to include syllabi, assessments, learner guides and documentation in support of the specific area.

* Conducts and leads needs analysis and evaluates effectiveness of learning solutions.

* Collaborates with others in the Learning and Development organization to ensure all learning objects adequately correlate and cross-reference each other for a seamless learning experience.

* Maintains and promotes approved standards for all learning objects.

* Conducts Content Walk Through sessions, meetings and other events.

* Participates in project teams and informal learning activities, including leading small, mid-sized and large efforts.
*Learning Experience**Designer**Sr*

Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning solutions. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Establishes/Maintains relationship with stakeholders to seek out and gather feedback of learning solution. Conducts and leads needs analysis and evaluates effectiveness of learning solutions. Ensures seamless learning experience that fosters collaboration between the Learning & Development organization. Monitors and drives use of approved standards for all learning objects. Facilitates train-the-trainer sessions, identifies performance enhancement opportunities, and uses data to spearhead system-wide improvement efforts. Serves as a lead contributor to large, enterprise efforts. Serves as mentor for LED I or II. Certifies trainers adequately, consistently, and skillfully deliver courses as outlined by the course design.

*Learning Experience Designer I*

* Requires BA/BS in related field or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* Experience with writing curriculum/documentation preferred.

*Learning Experience Designer II*

* Requires BA/BS in related field; 2 or more years training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* Experience with writing curriculum/documentation preferred.

*Learning Experience Designer Sr*

* BA/BS in related field; 5 or more years training and development experience, CEP or equivalent instructional design certification; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* Graduate degree preferred.
