*Location:Any Anthem Office or Telecommute (Denver, CO preferred)*
*Hours:Wed, Thu, Fri (evening shift); Sat, Sun (day shift) and some holidays.*

Behavioral Health EAP Consultant I
Responsible for delivering account management services to contracted Employee Assistance Program (EAP) customers. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Provides employer consultation to supervisors and managers of the EAP contracted organizations to help improve productivity and healthy functioning in the workplace.

* Case manages mandatory referrals from contracted organizations for mental health, substance abuse, or other work related issues.

* Tracks compliance with protocols and policies and reports utilization and case management.

* Coordinates and manages critical incident responses for employers.

* Will manage EAP crisis and intake calls.

* Keeps account managers informed of legislative developments and provides related training.

Behavioral Health EAP Consultant II
Manages psychiatric and chemical dependency facility-based and outpatient professional treatment through telephonic or written review. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Using appropriate screening criteria, knowledge and clinical judgment assesses patient needs and assures that medically necessary treatment is provided in a quality, cost-effective manner.

* Follows guidelines to refer cases to Medical Advisors as appropriate.

* Utilizes skills and knowledge in psychiatric and chemical dependency assessment, negotiation, coordination, implementation, case planning, monitoring, and evaluating to promote quality member outcomes, to optimize member benefits, and to promote effective use of resources.

* Ensures member access to medical necessary, quality behavioral healthcare in a cost effective setting according to contract.

Behavioral Health / EAP Consultant I

* Requires a Masters degree in social work, counseling or related behavioral health field, and current, unrestricted Colorado license as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) , LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) designation, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Clinical Psychologist, or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor).
* Requires 3-5 years experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Previous experiences in Case Management/Utilization Review preferred.

Behavioral Health / EAP Consultant II

* Requires a Masters degree in social work, counseling or related behavioral health field, and current, unrestricted Colorado license as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) , LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) designation, LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Clinical Psychologist, or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor).
* Requires 5-7 years experience with facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Previous experiences in Case Management/Utilization Review preferred.
* Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm MST. *
