*Job Summary:*

Responsible for working with management and project team to organize series of work into a single portfolio consisting of reports that capture objectives, costs, timelines, accomplishments, resources, risks and other critical factor project delivery and budget forecasting on a short, medium and long term basis.

*Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:*

1. Compiles complex data and able to prepare and deliver reports.

2. Interacts with business partners to assist in organizing projects and ensuring project objectives are met.

3. Reviews business project proposal or plan to determine funding approaches, time frame, funding limitations for accomplishing business project portfolio objectives.

4. Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.

5. Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.

6. Assists with portfolio activities and resolving service delivery, project and budget issues reported by business partners.

7. Assists in budget planning and interacts with business partners to organize projects and ensure project objectives are met and budget aligns with IT budget objectives.

8. Provides strategic planning analysis to direct IT senior management team concerning staffing and procurement needs.

9. Coordinates and responds to annual plan of record project changes from original plan of record.

10. Participates in and monitors annual budget forecasting process.

* Requires BA/BS degree in related field,

* 3 years professional project management experience with 2 years spent leading and directing project tasks.

* PMP preferred.

* Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

* Multiple trade certifications or other continuing education preferred.

* Accounting, financial management background preferred.

* Proficient desktop skills (MS Office, Project, Excel, Word, Access) required.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

* Excellent organization and time management skills required.

* Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.
