Anthem’s Digital Solutions team is rapidly expanding and is looking for seasoned professional with a proven track record, a driven self-starter, problem solver, and someone that is passionate about creating remarkable digital experiences driven by digital insights.
The position requires extensive experience in digital content management, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to think strategically in the complex and evolving healthcare environment.
Digital Solutions*Program Director*primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
* Establishes a core centers of excellence for digital compliance (security, legal, privacy) at Anthem
* Accountable on all aspects of compliance across Digital Solutions including training and risk management plans
* Oversees content management processes including defining workflows, content ownership, approval rules and advising internal business clients on best in class content writing and placement for digital properties.
* Manages work intake for all content work across Digital Solutions supporting both Commercial and Government content needs.
* Accountable for continuous improvement for content management end to end (intake to publishing)
* Works with respective business partners to understand their objectives and come up with optimized digital content processes to supporting those needs

Requires a BA/BS degree; 10 years of experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred. Project management certification (PMP) preferred.
Additional qualifications:
* Expertise in process improvement, optimizing costs and quality - Six Sigma preferred
* Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to multiple business partners and IT partners.
