* Design, develop and test data integration programs
* Serve as lead for organization on ETL and Siebel One program by integrating multiple systems into the Siebel CRM application
* Lead the implementation of health insurance exchange sales and marketing domain
* Lead campaign management system integration
* Lead commercial and consumer SFA system integration
* Conduct code reviews on Informatica Power Center 6.x-9.x, SSIS in matters relating to standards adherence, efficiency and use of best practices
* Develop data integration processes and interfaces for exchange of data between applications
* Devise application integration techniques using Informatica PowerCenter toolset as well as data cleansing rules that rely on IDQ
* Direct the change request proces
* Coordinate with other teams in activities involving SIEBEL 8.1, OBIEE 10g Provide expert understanding of data architecture, data modeling and physical database design on SQL, Teradata and Oracle platforms
* Provide data profiling techniques using IDE
* Analyze profiled data and document data discoveries; lead onsite/offshore resources for all sales and marketing domain data integration requirements
* Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements
* Lead requirements gathering meetings
* Review designs with the business
* Lead efforts with web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products
* Coordinate and manage on-call support
* Own the system monitoring process for nightly DAC load between Siebel and OBIEE
* Own the technical development environment, software versioning and code migrations
* Evaluate new lead vendors and provide recommendations to business partners and use OBIEE out of the box repository for building the Star and Snowflake schema.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 5 years of experience developing complex enterprise-wide data integration solutions using Informatica or, alternatively a Master's degree and 3 years of experience as stated above.

Must have proficiency in the following:
Multiplatform RDMS (including Oracle, Teradata and SQL, SQL SERVER) and Files( XML, Delimited files, Excel)
UNIX Shell scripting and SQL queries and stored procedures to extract from multiple sources (including Mainframe) and load into Siebel and SalesForce Data cleansing tools, including Informatica IDQ and IDE
Data modeling using PowerDesigner
Control M or WLM job scheduling tool
And data migration, including batch integration for loading in OLTP and OLAP using SSIS and Informatica tool
