Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Admissions Representative is to inform, advice, enroll, and assist students in achieving their educational goals. Consults potential graduate enrollees from all sources (e.g., high school, alternative schools, adult basic education centers, the general public, etc.) to encourage program participation and graduation. This position provides outstanding customer service to all Unitek College constituencies including inquiring students, families, guidance counselors and teachers. The Admissions Representative also represents Unitek College accurately and compliantly at student recruitment events.
In this position you will:
Complete certification process and associated training to develop broad enrollment knowledge.
Apply Company's proprietary enrollment methodology in the completion of all job assignments.
Provide excellent customer service to students through application and enrollment process.
Screen potential student applicants by phone and arrange campus interviews.
Assess prospective students to ensure they have the potential, traits, characteristics and financial wherewithal to be enrolled through graduation.
Conduct personal interviews to qualify candidates and to explain academic programs.
Handle appointments, interviews and applications in a professional and timely manner.
Advise students in program selection, test counseling, registration, etc.
Provide general customer service to students from enrollment through graduation.
Perform consistently to meet team goals.
Adhere to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as the Unitek College Code of Conduct.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Essential Attributes:
Prior recruiting, customer service, sales, or other related experience with a record of success

Qualifications:
