Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Business Developer to join our CPS team at Jack Henry & Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for growth in revenue and product objectives by providing critical business planning, sales support, marketing program development & coordination with FIs to drive strategic activities for key business areas. You will be expected to identify and pursue opportunities to apply strategic campaigns applicable to a customers’ business model utilizing various internal or third party data sources, as well as support customers with analysis, design and development utilizing BI tools to increase transaction volume.

Jack Henry & Associates’ Card Processing Solutions is a strategic component of JHA Payment Solutions. Card Processing Solutions provides a comprehensive suite of ATM, debit, and credit card transaction processing as well as card and ATM management solutions that are fully integrated with core systems provided by Jack Henry Banking® and Symitar® as well as related complementary solutions. This integrated approach generates the material operating efficiencies and seamless transaction processing only available in a tightly integrated processing environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of five years of experience in card transaction processing and data analysis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Changepoint, Hyperion, Oracle or other financial products.
Experience using BI or DW tools for research and analytics.
Able to plan, manage, collect, analyze, summarize, and present data in order to support business decisions and solve problems.
Able to create executive-level results documentation and presentations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to grow gross dollar volume in designated market segments
Identifies volume and strategic customers and develops partnerships.
Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities.
Provide customer training on business analytics offerings, as needed.
Develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market analysis presentations for FIs.
Develops business requirements for individual projects to ensure strategic goals and objectives established by advisory groups are met.
Manages and coordinates strategic third party relationships with business partners to ensure solutions meet our expectations and client requirements.
Ensures all complimentary and third party solutions are fully integrated in core system applications.
Performs conflict resolution between the customer, JHA internal departments and vendors, as needed
Participates in defining and documenting internal and external processes and procedures.
