SUMMARY

Synergy is an ECM or Enterprise Content Management system which includes document and image archival with various integration options with both internal products and external vendors.  The Synergy platform uses a mix of Microsoft technologies including SQL server, along with a suite of custom components using various scripting languages.  Our customers are primarily financial institutions such as banks and credit unions. However, our product is also leveraged in in the areas of healthcare, retail, and government.

As part of a dedicated team, the Synergy Business Consultant conducts on-site customer visits for the purpose of analyzing current processes and identifying recommendations for implementation, operation and/or process improvements.  Additionally, the Business Consultant reviews custom requests regarding application function for work effort estimates; performs development activities for defined solution and works with customer to implement and test appropriately. Ideal candidates will have a broad range of industry knowledge, presentation skills and programming experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting and or administering document imaging software or must have experience in Network, Desktop and or Server Support related field.

Must be able to travel up to 50% (International at times).

PREFERRED SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Prior Banking or financial industry experience preferred.

Prior Experience in a Customer Service related field.

Previous ECM experience preferred.

Strong analysis and problem solving skills preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Conducts on-site customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification.  During engagements, identifies operational and system enhancement opportunities.

Drafts proposals, including detailed reports that outline the findings and recommendations for process improvement.

Based on results, designs solutions and hardware/software specifications by creating detailed documents.

Supports customers by utilizing data analytic tools and identifying ways to improve key performance factors.

Defines custom solutions to solve specific customer needs: documents requirements, develops and tests solution and coordinates rollout with the customer.

Conducts remote configuration and implementation of Synergy modules.

Provides operational overviews of Synergy modules.

Creates solution deployment strategy.

Ensures testing and customer training are referred to support organizations.

Creates project plans to monitor progress, assuring all milestones are completed as projected.

Effectively discusses JHA products, services and solutions with customers to ensure client retention.

May identify company products or services sales opportunities to fulfill customer’s current or future needs and communicates to appropriate sales team.

May assist customers in evaluating marketing plans, identifying strategic marketing initiatives and monitoring progress of a programs performance.

May assist customers in the design and development of marketing plans for products and services.

May communicate marketing campaigns and assist customers with the campaign program.

May have some financial responsibilities including project cost estimating, proposal generation, and invoicing.

May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.

May assist less experienced peers.

May assist with Synergy module workshops, documentation and functional reviews.
