Job Description

Jack Henry is seeking an advisory level Business Process Analyst for the Monett, MO location.

The position will focus on demonstrating competencies across tactical, strategic and practical application surrounding continuous improvement methods not limited to Lean Six Sigma, change management, Total Quality Management and servant leadership.  The expectations are that this position will provide expert knowledge and collaborate with cross functional teams with the development, deployment, consulting, education, governance, mentoring and active project facilitation for continuous process improvements.  The position will require a flexible application and tactical approach of knowledge to support the corporate wide adaptation and deployment across various business units, products, locations and client focus.  The position will be in the Center of Excellence within the Corporate Project Management Office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10 years experience in process improvements

Several years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Leads the strategic planning and implementation of a Lean Six Sigma program by creating vision, roadmap, strategies and tactics for implementing Lean Six Sigma process improvement for assigned area of responsibility.

Plans, supports and conducts training in Six Sigma methodologies.

Participates in the Corporate CPI forum as a contributing member. Mentors in Continuous Improvement methodology.

Coaches operations managers to establish performance measurement systems and goals aligned with organizational objectives.

Identifies and scopes new process improvement projects.

Provides assistance to and acts as a resource and advisor to Six Sigma Black Belts and Green Belts in area of assigned responsibility.

Identifies and scopes new process improvement projects.

Provides senior management and/or business units with updates regarding deployment progress, results and feedback pertaining to key responsibilities and objectives.

Conducts special data analysis projects as requested by management.

Provides technical and statistical expertise to teams to enhance quality of products and services.

Facilitates project replication, sharing of best practices and documentation of standard operating procedures.
