Job Description:

To supervise the execution of the activity as a Area Incharge during :Unit Capital overhauling of Turbine #1 to #8.Plant performance Trouble Shooting Tripping Analysis and Job execution and take corrective action in accordance to HOD.Predictive Running Preventive & Breakdown Mtc. of equipments Unit #1 and #2 with all above to provide maximum availability of equipments at lowest cost through optimum utilization of resources.Planning procurement & inspection of spares of Unit #1 & 2.Active Member of Small Group under WCM activities & assisting in ERP ISO14001 ISO9002 5S etc..ERP Implementation work.-Maximum Availability of Equipments.Ensure optimum availability of equipments with maximum reliability.-Modifications & Up gradations Implementation of Modifications & upgradation of equipments to reduce downtime enhancement in reliability & productivity of equipment.-Cost ReductionEnsure economy in spares consumptions manpower methods through better maintenance practices-Material & Manpower Management Ensure optimum utilization of available Resources and procurement of required spares & materials.-Safety Implementation of all safety rules & safety norms and ensure safe working environment at work places.-System Management Implementation of World class system & Maintenance procedure of QC5Swcm ISO14001 and ISO9002 & ERP.

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 5-10 years post qualification relevant experience /

Diploma (Mechaniccal) with 10-15 years post qualification relevant experience

Mandatory Skills:

Capital overhauling of Turbines, Plant performance, Trouble Shooting, Tripping Analysis,
Predictive, Running, Preventive & Breakdown Mtc. of equipments. Gradual reduction in maintenance by adopting best maintenance practices

Minimum Experience Level:

13 - 15 Years
