Job Description:
Control and monitor the operational parameters of various sections such as Water Treatment Plant Brine Plant HCl Plant Chlorine Plant and Caustic Soda Production Unit & Utility to achieve targeted production and dispatches during the Shift.-MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS:Accountability:To ensure targeted production in a shift.-To monitor product quality as per market requirement and ensure zero complaint.To monitor the process parameter for smooth running of Hydrogen boiler and Hydrogen bottling plant.-To ensure despatches of products-To ensure proper bottling of the product Liquid Chlorine as per production.-To maintain safety during operation/ dispatch.-Preparation of Daily Production Reports of Caustic Soda Liquid Chlorine Hydrochloric acid. & Sodium Hypochlorite.-Preparation of Excise Reports of all the products.-Safety : Work as incident controller till arrival of the Senior Management People-Environment & Pollution Control Norms : To ensure Pollution Control norms.-QUALITY CONTROL & CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONTo maintain the activities such as ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001 SA 8000 & WCM activities to achieve Excellence.:
