Job Description:
1) Provide assistance in Preparing an achievable time plan with IBM
2) Monitoring and tracking of project progress and suggesting measures to ensure that timelines are met.
3) Assist in Ensuring that the Idea business and Idea IT deliverables are completed within agreed timeframe
4) Identify risks in the project plan and categorise them in terms of their impact and probability of occurrence
5) Assist in preparing risk mitigation plan with IBM
6) Assist in Communication of Risks management plan to the steering committee
7) To assist in ensuring that IBM deliverables meet satisfactory quality standards
8) Coordinate with Business users and IBM project to ensure that UAT, training and roll-out activities are done on time and seamlessly
9) Attend meetings/workshops with business users and assist in preparing a Business requirement Specifications document and get it signed off by business
10) Assist in Reviewing the SRS document prepared by IBM based on the BRS.
11) Study and provide inputs on the project plan document prepared by IBM
12) Coordinate with business to assist in ensuring that UAT, training and roll-out are done as smoothly as possible
