Job Description:
1 Excise Compliances
Preparation of working for filing of Excise Returns i.e. ER 1/ER 6 monthly & ER 4/ER 5/ER 7 Annually.
Preparation of monthly working of Excise Duty liability and make it paid within due date.
Preparation of PLA register about details of Excise duty payment by Cash/Bank.
Preparation of Cenvat credit register of Input goods/Capital goods in form of RG 23A Part I & Part II & RG 23C Part I & Part II and make it tallied with books.
After preparation of such registers I collect all relevant bill copies from concerned person for taking Cenvat Credit and keep it in our records.
Making timely intimation with Excise Department about cancellation of Excise Invoices & Others.
Preparation of Form IV register for daily stock details of all Input & Store materials Monthly.
Preparation of RG I register for daily stock details of all Finished goods Monthly.
Preparation of Annexure 19 and filing the same with Excise Department giving details of Removal of Exciseable goods to SEZ Units/Export without payment of Duty.
Handling all other issues related to Excise on daily basis.
All payment entries of duty are made at the end of the month.
2 Service Tax Compliances
Preparation of working for filing of Service Tax Return i.e. ST 3 half yearly.
Preparation of monthly working of Service Tax liability and make it paid within due date.
Preparation of Cenvat Credit register of Service Tax and make it tallied with books.
After preparation of such registers I collect all relevant bill copies from concerned person for taking Cenvat Credit and keep in our records.
All payment entries of Service tax are made at the end of the month.
3 Professional Tax
Preparation of Professional Tax payable details region wise and sent to concerned person for making it paid monthly.
All payment entries of professional tax are made at the end of the month zonal wise.
4 VAT/CST/WCT Compliances
Preparation of working of VAT/CST/WCT payable in desired format after taking VAT set off on purchases and make it paid within due date on monthly basis.
Preparation of working of all depot transfer details and sent it to concerned person for issuance of F Form on Monthly Basis.
Preparation of working of all depot sales details and sent it to concerned person for making payment of VAT on monthly basis.
Preparation of details of CST sales against 'C' Form and sent to customers for collecting 'C' Form on quarterly basis.
Preparation of details of CST purchases against 'C' Form and getting issued it from Dept. and sent to vendors on quarterly basis.
All payment entries of Vat/Cst/Wct are made at the end of the month zonal wise.
5 TDS/TCS Compliances
Preparation of Working of TDS/TCS payable details in desired format and making it paid within due date on monthly basis.
Preparation of working for filing Quarterly TDS/TCS returns i.e. 24Q/26Q/27EQ with NSDL.
Making issuance of Form 16 of all Employees & Form 16A of all concerned Vendors from NSDL and sent to Concerned person timely.
Timely revision of TDs returns as per intimation given by Department.
All payment entries of TDS/TCS are made at the end of the month zonal wise.

Qualifications:
B.Com / MBA in Finance / CA Inter
