Raw material testing & records
Supervise the raw material sampling and testing;
acceptance and rejection of material as per IS norms. All the QC registers to
be maintained timely & properly.
Cube Sampling,
Casting & Testing
Supervise the
concrete sampling, cube casting, demoulding and testing
as per IS norms. Inspection condition and dimension of cube moulds
Correction &
Slump Control.
Coordinate with
plant operator for mix correction ( moisture and admixer dosing).Coordination
with field technician for site slump and site sampling
Complaint
Handling.
To ensure the
complaint entertain on the same day. site visit for the site. steps to solve
the customer complaint.
