Responsible for production of
Ready Mix Concrete.
To
plan and execute the operation
activities of plant
as per schedule.
Formulate and implement production
plan as per marketing schedule.
Close monitoring of process and
quality parameters, investigating customer complaints and implement corrective
actions.
Co-ordination with marketing,
quality and mechanical department to meet the agreed targets.
Produce quality concrete with respect
to durability and strength.
Effective management
of spares inventory, Ensure preventive maintenance to be
done as per manufactures check list .
Ensure economical mix design as
per quality specifications.
Ensure safety and hygiene of all
personnel and the surrounding area of the Plant.
Ensure the safety measures to be followed in
plants i.e all PPE must be weared by workforce while in working. Also
follow the safety norms as per ISO norms. To make every good effort to reduce
accidents and mandays lost.
