AISSEE (All India Sainik School Entrance Exam) 2015 Notification has been published just today and commencement of sale and submission of application form is set to start from 14 & 15th Oct 2014. AISSEE 2015 exam would be held all over India on 4th January, 2015 (Sunday).
Although AISSEE is a common exam for admissions to Class-VI and IX of all the Sainik Schools, each Sainik School conducts the exam individually and hence the notifications are also advertised by each school separately. Therefore this article is being posted to help you know about this entrance test, so that you can apply for the entrance exam easily.

But first the date schedules of AISSEE 2015.
All India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSEE) 2015 Important Dates:
Exam Date of AISSEE 2015: 4th January, 2015 (Sunday).
Sale Application form starts on :14th & 15th October , 2014
Last date of sale Application form :29th & 30th Nov 2014
Last date of submission of filled-in application forms: 6th & 7th December 2014.
Why there are two dates (e.g. Last date of sale form is both 29th Nov & 30th Nov?). It is because, while the date of exam is same for all the Sainik Schools, each of these schools conducts the exam for the area allotted to it and therefore there is a difference in these dates for a day-or-two.
For example for Sainik School Imphal, sale of Application form starts on 14th October, 2014 as you can find in this Sainik School Imphal Admission 2015 Prospectus and the same date is 15th October, 2014 for Sainik School Balachadi as you can find in this Sainik School Balachadi Admission 2015 Prospectus.
So you should visit the websites of that particular Sainik School where you want your kids to take admission and download the Prospectus & the Application form. The links are given below in section "AISSEE 2015 Application Form."
Eligibility for AISSEE (All India Sainik School Entrance Exam) 2015:
Cut-off-date for determining age eligibility: as on 1st July 2015
Age for Class VI: 10 to11 yrs. (DOB 2nd July 2004 To 1st July 2005).
Age for Class IX: 13 to14 yrs. (DOB 2nd July 2001 To 1st July 2002).
