Job Description
The Field Accounts Officer will oversee all field level accounting activities in his operational zone/area.He will work primarily with field officers, supervisors, the Area Manager, and report directly to the head of the accounts department.
Main Responsibilities
Provide accounting and administrative support to the zone.
Check/verify to make sure that proper financial reporting is followed by all field staff.
Assist internal and external audit staff facilitate annual financial audit.
Make sure that all advances are cleared in time and make sure that all outstanding balances are properly accounted for.
Reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of all entries.

Banking duties

To deliver and embed best in class processes in all warehouse and customer service operations in Guinness Nigeria (Eastern and Northern Eastern Nigeria operations) through the development of a high performance team that is able to deliver significant value and competitive advantage to our business.

This role maintains and manages inventory (fulls and empties) in six locations across Eastern and North Eastern Nigeria.
Market Complexity
