Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Plan for Asset Inventory Headcount
Monitor Contract performance
Monitor Job Quality & Failure Investigation Analysis
Develop personnel & evaluate their performance
Develop up sell strategies
Ensure Compliance with Baker Hughes HSE and Clients HSE Standards
Take all necessary actions to ensure the success of the project
Responsible for ensuring sales (revenue) and profitability (net) is in line with or exceeded company standards
Review and appraise the performance of subordinates, consistent with performance objectives, and determines the need for additional training in a fair and consistent manner
Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring less experienced Directional Drillers
Fully responsible for pre-job planning (equipment and personnel) and mobilization
Knowledge of Directional Drilling /Measurement While Drilling and all surveying methods
Expert knowledge on advanced well planning
Assist clients by providing solutions for drilling issues
Be the client's focal point for drilling operations at the rig site
Effectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well site
Actively participated in knowledge sharing
Ensured all Rig reports reporting requirements were fulfilled accurately and on a timely basis
Follow up failures with the maintenance team and ensure failure reports are closed with clients
Prepare invoices on time
Essential Qualifications/Requirements
High School diploma. Bachelor's degree is preferred
10+ years' experience in an oilfield operations environment.
Thorough understanding of customer requirements
Thorough understanding of processes and procedures relating to the operating area
Proficient in the use of PC's
Ability to use highly specialized and advanced skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of SAP

Job Description
This position is for a strong candidate with extensive experience in Directional Drilling who can support the Operations and Client Coordination
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Manages Drilling Services contract for a specific customer.
Maintains close client contacts and ensures awareness of proposed client activity.
Plans and submits for the Operations Managers approval, requirements regarding Personnel and equipment.
Organizes and controls the maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the procedures.
Ensures that the operating units are adequately equipped, as per Service Segment policies, to provide adequate working and maintenance facilities.
Plans all operations with the Operating Engineers and provides them with the necessary assistance to ensure high quality service with the best economical and technical efficiency.
Constantly evaluates the quality and efficiency of field operations through personal observations, analysis of reports and Quality Control and determines corrective action. Conducts field visits of operations.
Ensures prompt and efficient reporting and administration, according to Company regulations.
Coordinates and supervises activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
Responsible for multiple products/services in a multiple legal entities.
Typically does not have budgetary responsibility.
Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s).
Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review.
Provides some technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
Level is determined by a matrix based on years of experience, number of employees supervised, and scope of responsibility.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values
Essential Qualifications/Requirements

Location: Ogun State
Brief:
Students are required to design an ultramodern health centre.
The healthcare centre with a maximum construction budget of N12m, must be a single storey structure, sited on a standard plot of 18m X 36m. (648 sq. m)
The design must provide adequate ventilation and natural lighting with the following spaces provided: reception/ waiting area, ambulance bay, consultation room, treatment room, nursing station, store, emergency treatment room, general ward, children ward, pharmacy, medical records and offices.
Entries must be prepared using AutoCAD with full working and presentation drawings with details and specifications.
Entries must be submitted in a CD-form and hardcopy in A3 PDF format.
Each submission must be accompanied by a letter of attestation signed by the student's Head of Department.
