CareCloud is looking for an experienced UX designer to work within the product development group. You should be a customer champion, a helpful mentor, a team player, and an excellent designer all rolled into one. This person will strive for excellent product execution through strong collaboration and by challenging the team to think beyond the expected. This is a hands-on role: you will create designs, personas, sitemaps, and whatever is needed to communicate the team’s thinking.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years experience as a key member of a User Experience Design team participating in the complete product development lifecycle of successfully launched web and/or software applications
Comfortable with an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism
Proficient in developing system diagrams, site architectures, and user flows
A strong balance of creativity and technical prowess
Experience in all phases of web design and development
Ability to combine user goals and business goals to create a viable user experience
Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills

Can articulate and defend design decisions
High energy and a desire to work in a results-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
A portfolio of previous and current work demonstrating various successful projects
Your responsibilities include:
Generate wireframes, user flows and site maps that capture requirements, embrace usability best practices, and communicate fresh approaches for CareCloud's software suite
Conducting primary and secondary user research to evaluate user needs
Align great design and creativity to business results
Usability evaluations of existing systems and competitive research
Collaborate closely with visual designers, copywriters and software developers team to ensure a smooth transition of design into development
Ability to provide rationale behind strategic, architectural, and design decisions and to disseminate information to both creative and technical teams
Always be an advocate for users, consistently defending their needs and wants
Keep pace with the latest perspectives on user experience and visual design
