We are looking for:
CareCloud is looking for a talented, experienced and passionate BI Architect/ETL Developer, with a solid BI and DW background who takes as much pride in their work as we do: Your mission, plain and simple, will be to provide value as an experienced problem solver looking to provide value in a fast-paced data-driven analytical environment. This position will be primarily responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of the enterprise ETL systems and applications. They will perform ongoing monitoring of the environment and applications for capacity planning, performance tuning and improvement opportunities. What you will do:
Document, design and develop mappings to extract data in a heterogeneous environment, ensures data quality of data being moved, schedules ETL workflows, provides tuning of data movements, and administers the implementation of the ETL data integration technology platform.
Collaborate with BI Project team members and delivers project deliverables for BI solutions
Develop and design new ETL packages leveraging open source technologies following proven practices
Assist in the development of Star and Snowflake Schemas
Assist in developing a best-in-class BI architecture.
Be a key contributor helping to make the company’s strategy and vision for customer analytics a reality.
Ensure that business intelligence systems and processes are in place to deliver accurate and timely insights, support strategic analytic initiatives and develop the company’s predictive analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-disciplined development teams that include product management, development, design, OPS and QA.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand their business information needs, gather requirements, design, and build best-in-class BI analytical reporting solutions.
Providing input into the ongoing design, development and maintenance of our BI analytical reporting infrastructure and access tools.
Requirements:
BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant Technology field
1-5 years progressive ETL development experience in a production data warehouse environment, with experience in the support of a 24x7 highly available environment
1-3 years experience in data analysis, working with data models, database and ETL designs and relational and dimensional models
Experience with Postgres is a plus
Experience with Pentaho BI analytics platform specifically the data integration module is a plus
Competent in supporting the technical, operational and application needs of moderate to complex applications or subcomponents of a highly complex BI platform
Experience with open source data integration tools
Strong SQL, data analysis, data modeling and data architecture skills
Sound understanding of BI Proven Practices/Methodologies, relational structures, dimensional and data modeling
Experience in requirements gathering
Experience implementing technical solutions under tight time, quality, and performance standards
Ability to communicate and work effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, and issue resolution.
Proven experience working in a fast paced data warehouse environment, including data design, data integration, database architecture, metadata and reporting creation
Experience working in the healthcare industry is preferred
