Before long I hope to buy and play through Digimon Adventure for the PSP, as well as buy and translate any player's guide I can get hold of. I hope to do a pretty thorough guide for the game (as thorough as any of my guides get, anyway), and I'll post it here when possible. At the moment I don't have the game, but I have been looking it up online, and if anyone has any questions now I'll answer if I can.
One of the things I happened to come across was a Japanese info dump for the game. How complete it is I can't say, but it does have all of the partner Digimon's special attacks described, and I went ahead and "translated" them. I believe that the brief descriptions given are taken from the game itself. I ran them through a machine translator, cross-referenced confusing stuff with another website, watched some YouTube videos to confirm some things, and give the descriptions here in my own words.
TAICHI’S PARTNER
AGUMON
1. Baby Flame / 6 SP / Spits a powerful flame bullet at one enemy.

Once I get the game and the guide I'll do more detailed descriptions of what the attacks of both playable and enemy Digimon do and look like. Judging from videos online, I think that the enemies generally have the same pattern of three attacks that the partner Digimon do - their signature attack, a more specialized secondary attack, and a physical attack or stat booster to round it out.
