Cardholders of the Pulaski Bank Secured Visa Card can easily access and manage their account through their online banking portal.Once logged into their account, cardholder can pay their bills, perform transfers and review their past statements. This service is provided by Elan Financial Services (EFS), they provide this card in partnership with the Pulaski Bank. For instructions on logging in to your online portal, activating a new card, or enrolling in online account access, scroll down this page and follow the written instructions.

How to Login
To access your secure online account first go to this page, then enter your Personal ID and click Continue. This will take you to the next step of the login process.
If you are not immediately accessed to your account, you may have to answer one of your ID shield questions that you set when you enrolled in online account access. Input your ID shield question in the indicated field and click Next. This should grant you access to your account.
You may also be required to enter your Password and click Login to be granted access to your account.
It’s common enough that you may forgot your login information, but not to worry. Simply click the link that applies to you, either Forgot your Personal ID? or Forgot your Password? found in the login windows. On the linked page, you will need to enter the following information and click Submit to be able to retrieve your personal ID or reset your password:
Personal ID (for a forgotten password)
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of SSN
Zip code
Once you have authenticate your account and retrieved your personal ID or reset you password, you can once again access your account. Make sure you take note and remember your login info this time!

If you just received a Pulaski Bank Secured Visa Card and have not activated it, you can do so now by calling the toll free number proved above this text and speaking to a EFS representative. When your card is activated, you can easily enroll in direct online access to your account by clicking the Secure registration that we have provided directly above this paragraph. On the linked enrollment page, you will need to start filling it by typing the following information in the indicated spaces:
Credit card account number
Security code
Last 4 digits of SSN
Zip code
Email address
Next, you will need to create and enter your Personal ID and Password in the indicated fields. Once you have completed filling out all of this information, click Submit to be able to login and access your online banking portal at your own convenience.
