Cardholders can easily access their National Bank World MasterCard account online through the National Bank website. Through their online account users can view past statements, pay bills and transfer balances at their own leisure. For anyone who needs assistance accessing their account we have provided instructions for the National Bank World MasterCard on how to access your account online, how to register for online access, and how to activate your card if you haven’t already. Scroll down the page to see these instructions.

How to Login

Go to this page and click Login to access the login page for your card.

You will be redirected to the login page. First select the MasterCard tab, then enter your MasterCard No. and Password in the indicated fields, and click Sign In to gain access your account.



In the event that you forget your password, click the I forgot my password link found in the login panel.  Then enter the following information on the linked page seen in the example below:

Access card number

Expiration date

Date of birth



Click Continue and complete authentication process by providing the necessary additional security information. You will then be able to get a new password and login to your account.

Unfortunately, there is no online option to activate a new National Bank World MasterCard, so you will need to call the number posted above and activate your card using the National Bank’s MasterCard customer service line. If you wish to enroll in online account access, click the Secure registration link that we have provided above this text. On the linked page you will need to enter the following information:

Client card number

Expiration date

Account type

Password (this will be your personalized password for logging in)

Next enter the following personal information in the indicated spaces:

Date of birth

Email address

Review the National Bank online User agreement.

Tick the box acknowledging that you’ve read and agree to said agreement.

In the next field which is pictured below, select whether you would like to sign up for eStatements instead of receiving your statements in the mail by clicking the appropriate circle. Review the electronic communications terms and conditions. When you have finished reading it, tick the box indicating that you have read and agree to this document. Click Submit to finish your enrollment and exit the application. You will then be able to login to your account.
