Following a mammoth effort, CANSTAR has finalised the latest batch of Home Loans Star Ratings. Assessing each home loan on price and value, the research team investigated the following:
current interest rates
historical interest rates
ongoing and discharge fees
revert rates
loan terms
product functionality and
other features…
They did this in order to reveal which home loans offer outstanding value for:
owner occupiers
investors
those building a new house and
those wanting a line of credit.
