Showgoers and car owners at the Motorama Custom Car & Motorsports Expo Presented by Mothers will be among the first anywhere to see – and get their hands on – a brand new product line of car care products.
The new five-item line, dubbed Mtech, is the result of a collaboration between Mothers and retail giant Canadian Tire. According to Mothers’ Cliff Waller, the Mtech concept and products have been in development for a few years, in concert with the company’s buyer at Canadian Tire.
“It’s a line of products exclusively available at Canadian Tire stores,” said Waller. “Mtech consists of: Synthetic Wax, Wash and Wax, Instant Detailer, Interior Detailer and All-In-One Leather Care. They’re going to be sold individually, but when used as a package, they’ll be ideal for taking care of your whole vehicle, inside and out.”
In addition to showcasing the Mtech line and Mothers’ other products in its booth at Motorama, Mothers will continue its tradition of directly rewarding car owners participating at show.
“At Motorama, we’re going to give away a total of 60 Mothers Prize Buckets to the winning car owners,” continued Waller. “And we’re going to include one bottle of each of the five new Mtech products in every one!”
In addition to rewarding the winners, every car owner with a vehicle in competition at Motorama will receive a free bottle of Mtech Instant Detailer, just for being part of the show.
And it doesn’t end there. On top of Mothers’ status as the Presenting Sponsor of Motorama and all of the prizing they do that directly benefits the car owners, Waller noted that Mothers will also be introducing something new for this year’s Motorama show, that emulates what they do at the big SEMA show, in Las Vegas.
At Motorama, Mothers will be presenting 10 of its popular Mothers Shine Awards to vehicles chosen by Waller. Finally, Waller will also present – as he has the past two years at Motorama – the coveted Mothers’ Pick Bag. For all of the shows Mothers participates in across North America, only 20 of these prizes are awarded each year, so the lucky winner at Motorama will be leaving with something very special.
The Mothers’ Pick Bags are custom designed in limited numbers and come complete with a full Mothers Detail Kit. According to Waller, the one that will be awarded at Motorama will be the first given out anywhere in 2017.
