Holland America Line unveiled its newest exclusive partnership today with O, The Oprah Magazine, outlining a series of select “Adventure of Your Life” cruises beginning with a special voyage to Alaska on July 15, 2017 that will feature Oprah Winfrey and O, The Oprah Magazine editor-at-large Gayle King.
These new special sailings (listed below) will feature programming designed by the magazine’s editors, and Holland America Line plans to roll out some of these new features across over 300 sailings between August 2017 and throughout 2018. New onboard programming will feature activities like meditation, tai-chi, cooking demonstrations, and an onboard book club.
The partnership is the latest in a long line of enhancements that Holland America has made in the past few months to its onboard programming. Past announcements include partnerships with BBC Earth, Billboard Music and B.B. King’s Blues Club.

O, The Oprah Magazine Share the Adventure Cruise to Alaska will take place on July 15–22, 2017, sailing aboard Holland America’s Eurodam from Seattle. O, The Oprah Magazine Adventure of Your Life cruises will include the following dates and destinations:
November 29, 2017 – 11-Day Southern Caribbean Wayfarer roundtrip from Ft. Lauderdale on ms Koningsdam
March 3, 2018 – 7-Day Eastern Caribbean roundtrip from Ft. Lauderdale on ms Nieuw Amsterdam
August 11, 2018 – 7-Day Alaska roundtrip from Seattle on ms Eurodam
October 28, 2018 – 7-Day Western Caribbean, ms Nieuw Amsterdam
