Light skin men - Attractive, sensitive, weak/soft, self-absorbed, gets away with anything (Chris Brown, Drake, John Legend)
Dark skin men - strong, hypermasculine, athletic, hypersexual, demi-gods (Tyson Beckford, Lance Gross, Joe)
Light skin women - Gorgeous, meek, ‘bad’, friendly (Paula Patton, Jhene Aiko, Halle Berry)
Dark skin women - Too dominating, too independedent, unfriendly, brash (Venus & Serena Williams, Viola Davis, Nene Leakes)
It’s painfully obvious that we’re at the bottom of the barrel and all we’re really able do is encourage one another. I think we all know how much white women looove brown skin and dark skin black guys, which is why their confidence gets to easily boosted (idk why, but black guys don’t seem to mind being sexualized). I also think that for a while, dark skin women expected dark skin men to be in solidarity lol but we can see that’s not the case either.
