There is nothing better than being able to whip up a at-home skin care product.  Not only is it cheaper, fun and satisfying but you know exactly what you are putting on your skin.  The skin is the largest organ you have and it sucks up what ever you put on it including chemicals so lets give it some real nourishment : )

 Recipe: 2 – 3 applications

 2 – 1/4 Inch Slices Cucumber

1 Tablespoons + 1 Teaspoon Greek Yogurt

1 Teaspoon Aloe Vera Gel

1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

1 Teaspoon Honey

Instructions:

Puree the cucumber in a blender or food processor then add the yogurt, aloe, honey and lemon.

First wash your face, neck and chest then apply the mask all over and leave on for 5 minutes then apply more of the mask and repeat 1 or 2 more times for a total of 15-20 minutes.

* You can cut two slices of the cucumber and lay them on your eyes while you have on the mask.

Rinse off with warm water, and then follow cold water to help close pores.  Now is a great time to spray your face and neck with a hydrosol of toner and follow with your favorite moisturizer.  I often use coconut oil after.

*We believe beauty starts within so adding cucumber to your diet like drinking cucumber juice is also very beneficial to the skin
