Description: As part of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. event at the museum, there will be an art contest for Connecticut high school students. The theme of the contest is to honor Dr. King and his legacy visually through works of art. All artists will be recognized at the Teen Summit on Sunday, January 17.

Prizes:
1st place winner — $150, a 2016 MLK T-shirt, a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. book, and a museum family membership
2nd place winner — $50, a 2016 MLK T-shirt and a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. book
3rd place winner — A 2016 MLK T-shirt and a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. book

The top 10 submissions will be displayed at the Yale Peabody Museum during the 2016 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. two-day celebration.
