If you’re unable to fulfill a role you’ve been assigned please let me know ASAP.
If you’re giving a speech, be sure to bring the communications manual through which you are currently working. In addition, all members should bring their Competent Leader manual so that leadership roles within the meeting can be evaluated and signed off.
The above document also includes a forward planner for upcoming meetings. Please be sure to review your roles so you can prepare for the meeting. If you have any questions about how to fulfil your role, have a chat with your mentor, or ask me for more information and I’d be happy to help out.
