While WWE has released rules for tonight’s (July 19, 2016) Draft on SmackDown Live, there are still a number of questions without clear answers. One of those questions is what the plan is for the women on the roster. Don’t look to the current Women’s Champion, Charlotte, to find out because she’s just as clueless as the rest of us.

From her interview with The Turnstile:

"On a personal level, I obviously don't want to get drafted away from my best friend, but on a professional level, I think it's exciting. I think it's an opportunity to create more competition. 'Raw' wants to be better than 'SmackDown.' 'SmackDown' is going to want to be better than 'Raw.' Everyone is just going to have to work that much harder to set the bar and have the better show. I know for me being a woman, I know it's that much closer to me main eventing a pay-per-view. So, yeah, it's exciting in general. I just have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow [on Tuesday]. Will I work both shows or be all women or just one show or will we be divided, I have no idea."

There are 10 female superstars listed as eligible for the draft, not including any of the women from NXT who could be included in the six picks from that brand. There's been no mention of keeping them all on one brand, but that doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. Just last night, Stephanie McMahon revealed the cruiserweight division would return and be exclusive to Raw.

As usual, stay tuned to find out what happens. Follow along here.
