After the initial product we enquired about was not in stock, we were informed of when the next shipment was due to be delivered. Whilst this was still some time off, we were informed straight away and our deposit was not processed until we confirmed that either we would wait or not proceed with our order. The shipment came in early and we were promptly told of its arrival - giving us the option to receive the order ahead of time had we wished.
