So I've been researching mating Kooks headers and High Flow cats to the stock exhaust, but I've yet to be able to find a decent video or sound clip. My car is dead stock, but I'd like a little more sound and power without it being obnoxious. And if I'm going to spend $1400, I'd rather get some power with the headers and cats (as compared to a cat back). Sounds like a lot of guys like this combo, so here's my questions.
- Anyone have a video or sound clip of their V1 with Kooks headers and HF cats (and stock-ish motor)?
- For those of you running this combo, how do you like the sound? I'm looking for a nice sound and better tone at idle, with a little extra when I get on it.
- I'm assuming I'll want a tune anyway, but is it a given requirement with a LT headers?
