Physical: You can purchase the forms from ICAI of Rs. 500.
Online: If you’re filling the form online then you need not pay Rs.500 for the form. You only have to pay the Examination fee. You just need to logon to www.icaiexam.icai.org
The CA Final Exams May 2014 Attempt are beginning from 26th May 2014 & CA IPCC Exams are beginning from 27th May 2014.

The Exam Forms for May 2014 Attempt will be available from 3rd Feb 2014.
What is the last date for submission of form?
The last date for submitting the exam forms is 24th Feb 2014.

Q4. What is the Online procedure of submitting the Form?
You have to follow 5 simple steps:
Step 1: Create your Account
Visit website: http://icaiexam.icai.org/login.php
Click on “New user!” button.
Each time you appear for the exam, you have to create a new account & fill the online examination form.
Your new account will be authenticated with your Student Registration number, your date of birth, your email-id & mobile number.
Double check your email-id provided by you. The login-id & password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address & mobile only.
Keynote: If your name is not displayed on entering the registration number & Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a Provisional Registration by providing correct particulars. You have to submit the copy of registration letter & other relevant documents with your application form if your login is created as Provisional Candidate.
If you filled the provisional form then you will receive the notice written in Red Color.
Step 2: Login and Pay Fees Online
After creating your account, login with your username and the password sent to you by email. Fill the details in the CA Final/ IPCC Online Exam Form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online using Master / Visa Credit or Debit card.
The Examination Fee payable:
The Last Date for Submission of CA Final/ IPCC Exam Form Online is 24th Feb 2014. However, in case a candidate is unable to submit the CA Final/IPCC Exam Form Online till 24th Feb 2014, he shall submit the same by 3rd March with a late payment fee of Rs. 500.
Step 3: Print Out of PDF Form
You’ve to take the print out of the form that you filled on A4 size sheet with Portrait Orientation. Don’t take print on both sides.
Step 4: Paste your Photo & Sign
Paste your photo & then complete the form with Full Signature with Black Pen. Get it attested by a Chartered Accountant.
Step 5: Send your Form to ICAI
Finally send that pdf print out to ICAI through: Speed Post/Registered Post. Make sure you don’t FOLD & the form & the envelope.

Q6. Where I have to send the PDF Print out form?
You have to send to Additional Secretary (Exams), The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, ICAI Bhawan, Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi – 110002.
Q7. What is the last date of sending the PDF Print out Form?
1. Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online Without Late Fee is 28th Feb 2014
2. Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online With Late Fee is 7th Mar 2014
Q8. When will receive my admit card?
The Admit Cards for CA IPCC/ CA Final Exams are issued by ICAI, 21 days before the start of the Examinations. The Admit Cards are sent to the Address mentioned by you in the form and can also be downloaded online.
Q9. What if it’s showing “ERROR” while I was submitting my form?
Don’t worry. If you are unable to pay the fees online or the fees has been paid online but you did not receive the PDF or for any other reason, then you should pay the fees online again and the PDF will be generated successfully.
You have to send an email to ICAI stating that you’ve paid the exam fees again because of some error. The exam fees paid earlier will be refunded.
The excess Exam Fees paid by you will be automatically refunded on completion of the whole process of the online exam form submission.

Q10. What is the Physical procedure of submitting the Form?
Purchase the physical form from ICAI centers & branches for Rs. 500.
Pay the Examination Fee through a Demand Draft of any scheduled Bank of the appropriate amount as discussed above. DD is drawn in favor of : ” The Secretary, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” payable at New Delhi.
Exam Forms are also received by hand delivery at the following branches of ICAI – Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur and Pune.
