“You’re interacting with the tablet and the screen is so mesmerizing… all of a sudden, the screen comes into the foreground and the people go in the background,” Arlene Pellicane, author of “Growing Up Social,” said.
On the other side, Buzztime Community Manager Alexandra Hering said the tablets can provide a break for parents, as well as an opportunity for kids and families to play together.
